- Don't misuse Bots, reverse engineer the app, or use it to build competitors.
- Bots can be inaccurate or outdated — don't rely on them in emergencies.

- Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
4. Accounts & Security
- You're responsible for your account's security and accuracy.
- We may suspend or delete your account for violations.
5. Your Content
- You own your prompts and outputs ("Your Content").
- We can use Your Content to run and improve the Service.
- You're responsible for what you create and share.
6. Submitted Content
- Don't post harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
- You grant us and other users a license to use your public content.
- We may remove anything that violates these Terms.
7. Feedback & Ideas
- If you send us unsolicited ideas, we can use them freely without compensation.

- Botchat owns the rights to the platform and branding.

- You agree to cover any legal issues we face due to your misuse of the Service.

- The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of performance or accuracy.
12. Limitation of Liability
- We're not liable for indirect damages; our maximum liability is $100.

- We may terminate your access anytime for violations or technical reasons.
